Michelle Bentley
General Manager, Donington SA - Career Management and Transition Specialists

Michelle Bentley has widespread experience in developing business capability, leading and managing people and career counselling through her various leadership roles within the educational sector, training and development and business consultancy.

Michelle has worked with clients across a range of organisations, large and small, public and private, both in her current role as General Manager, Donington South Australia and in her previous roles including Deputy and Acting Principal of an Independent Girls' School and Principal Consultant of SA consultancy firm, OZ Train to name a few.  Often working one on one or in workshops with people from all tiers of the professional and technical hierarchy, Michelle has a passion for facilitating orgainsational and individual growth and development.

With expertise in business and project management, executive and career coaching, training, development, HR, planning, and facilitation, Michelle brings to her role, as General Manager at Donington SA, high levels of professionalism, confidence, astuteness and empathy for the people with whom she works and interacts.

Michelle's qualifications include a Master in Business Administration, Bachelor of Education, Diploma of Teaching, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and accreditations in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Genesys Psychometic Assessments and Genos Emotional Intelligence.  Michelle is a Deputy Board member of the SACE Board of SA and a Life Member of The Governor's Leadership Foundation.
