This one-day conference will focus on identifying and exploring what universities do to value their staff and to ensure their wellbeing. It will also look at the wellbeing of ‘place’ and the challenges this brings. 

This year, we are aiming for a more interactive conference and to achieve this, we will have a combination of papers, workshops, panel discussion and a learning café. There will only be 8 paper presentations selected and we are calling for people who would love to take part in the other options. Facilitating a workshop on an area related to out theme, or taking part in a panel discussion can be an exciting change from the static paper presentation, as is the learning café.
