The Middle Managers Program is a three day residential program designed for existing middle managers who are thinking about moving on in their careers, and who want to prepare themselves for taking on more or different responsibilities.  

This course takes a deliberately personal focus, and is designed around the skills and qualities of resilient management and leadership.

The first two days focus on you. The exciting new content will provide realistic ways to maintain energy and enthusiasm, whilst working with increased demands and ever present change, and emotional intelligence skills that provide the confidence to tackle very difficult situations and to build resilient work cultures.  The final day is focused on the practicalities of making the move to senior leadership roles, so that you are able to position yourself effectively within and beyond your organisation.

These are three selfish days where you will be asked to reflect and assess your leadership style and approach, and take on the challenge of being stretched to maximise your potential.  It is definitely a reinvigorating opportunity.
