Developing Policy In Tertiary Institutions - 22/06/12 Melbourne
This workshop explores the complex and challenging process of policy development in tertiary institutions.
Participants will take a hands-on approach to developing a policy as stakeholders, as policy developers and as members of groups who approve policies. The practical work of consultation, drafting and revision will be interspersed with best practice tips from the presenters on all parts of the policy development cycle.
The workshop will benefit staff new to policy work, as well as those who wish to reflect on their experience of policy development and refine these skills further.
